Qualifications:
Valid State Psychologist certification or eligibility Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field Familiarity with IEP processes, psychoeducational assessments, and data interpretation Experience developing and implementing behavior management and intervention strategies Strong analytical, communication, and consultation skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families Prior school-based or educational experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of concern Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver counseling and intervention services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Consult with teachers and staff to develop effective strategies for student success Provide crisis intervention as needed Collaborate with families, community agencies, and other professionals to coordinate support services Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations This contract role allows you to contribute in a meaningful way, enhancing student outcomes in a dynamic, supportive school environment.
