This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something intentionally built. A practice focused on high-quality clinical care, meaningful relationships, and creating a sustainable way of doing therapy in a field that too often leads to burnout. We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with: Teenagers Young adults Parents Couples High-achieving or overwhelmed individuals navigating anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, and life transitions This position is ideal for someone who values both autonomy and collaboration. Someone who wants flexibility and independence while still feeling connected and supported.
