This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something intentionally built. A practice focused on high-quality clinical care, meaningful relationships, and creating a sustainable way of doing therapy in a field that too often leads to burnout. We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with: Teenagers Young adults Parents Couples High-achieving or overwhelmed individuals navigating anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, and life transitions This position is ideal for someone who values both autonomy and collaboration. Someone who wants flexibility and independence while still feeling connected and supported. Position Details Part-time W2 position Minimum commitment of approximately 15 client hours per week Hybrid flexibility available, though in-person work is preferred Oregon licensure required (or currently pursuing licensure under supervision) Flexible scheduling Evening and/or after-school availability preferred What We Provide Consistent referrals and marketing support Administrative support Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians, if needed Opportunity to help shape the culture and direction of a growing practice Warm, collaborative environment that values authenticity over perfection A practice culture that prioritizes strong clinical care, professionalism, and sustainability Ideal Candidate You might be a strong fit if you: Are relational, grounded, and clinically thoughtful Enjoy working with teens, young adults, parents, or couples Value evidence-based care while also bringing warmth and humanity into the room Are interested in helping build something meaningful over time Want a practice home where your voice and ideas matter Licensed psychologists, LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, and pre-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.
