In this role, you will be joining an established group of faculty and resident family physicians and a full multidisciplinary team (pharmacy, nursing, social work, community support worker, and another psychologist). Serve a diverse patient population in the integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health model while enjoying a healthy work-life balance in the Portland metro area.
