Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract position is full-time, offering 37.5 hours per week supporting K-12 students in a dynamic environment near Harrisburg, PA. Qualifications:
Holds a valid School Psychologist credential Previous experience in a school-based setting, ideally across K-12 grade levels Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention strategies Proficient in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families Committed to culturally responsive and student-centered practices Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interpret results to support student learning Provide individual and group counseling to promote students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being Engage in crisis intervention and collaborate on intervention planning Consult with educators and parents to develop student support strategies Monitor progress and adjust recommendations as necessary Assist with IEP development and facilitate meetings as appropriate Stay up to date on best practices and compliance requirements in school psychology This contract role offers a stable weekday schedule and the chance to contribute positively throughout the school year.
