Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Take your expertise as a School Psychologist to a rewarding part-time opportunity supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development. This contract position is ideal for professionals who are committed to fostering positive change in educational settings. With a schedule of just one day per week, you'll have the flexibility to make a significant impact while maintaining balance in your professional and personal life.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field. Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience providing psychological services within K-12 schools. Strong assessment, intervention, counseling, and consultation skills. Excellent communication abilities with students, staff, and families. A collaborative approach to working with teachers, administrators, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team. Offer direct and consultative support to students facing learning, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed. Collaborate on school-wide initiatives to support a positive, inclusive learning environment. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
