Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract This opportunity seeks skilled School Psychologists to support students within special education settings in Carbon and Lehigh Counties, Pennsylvania. These contract positions offer flexible scheduling options, including part-time (15+ hours/week) or full-time (35 hours/week), following the school calendar from August 2026 through June 2027 (tentative).
Location:
Carbon County or Lehigh County, PA (IU main office located in Schnecksville, PA)Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychological services to students with diverse learning needs Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel to promote student success Conduct assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning Ensure compliance with applicable Pennsylvania education laws and guidelinesQualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Psychologist license Active Pennsylvania PDE Certification Experience working with students in special education environments Demonstrated involvement in IEP development and implementation Ability to provide services in-person (no remote work)Additional Details:
