CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Practical experience in conducting psychological assessments, counseling, and providing consultation in a school setting, SUMMARY
OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Administer and interpret various psychological tests to assess students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and social functioning. Offer individual or group counseling to students dealing with mental health issues, behavioral problems, or emotional difficulties. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies and interventions for students with special needs or behavioral concerns. Participate in the development and review of IEPs for students with disabilities, ensuring that educational plans meet their psychological and emotional needs. Provide support during school crises, including identifying students at risk and helping to implement emergency plans for mental health crises. What to expect from
