Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in students' lives by providing essential psychological services throughout a vibrant school community. This contract position offers opportunities for experienced School Psychologists to engage with diverse student populations across public and private educational settings. Openings are available for multiple School Psychologists, with caseloads spanning early childhood through high school. Supervisors will work with candidates to match your skills and experience to the most suitable placements during the interview process. You'll be part of a collaborative environment dedicated to meeting the varied needs of students.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania School Psychologist license is required Previous school-based experience preferred, with flexibility to support students from early childhood to grade 12 Strong communication, assessment, and reporting skills Ability to work onsite within a school environment (no hybrid/remote opportunities) Redacted sample report must be submitted along with your resume during application
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret assessment data for eligibility determination, intervention planning, and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning, behavior, and social-emotional development Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, and intervention strategies Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation as needed Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting in accordance with school guidelines
