Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Licensed Therapist to provide direct clinical treatment within the ethical and professional scope of Pennsylvania licensure. This role involves maintaining a manageable caseload, conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic services to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain an appropriate caseload and accept new clients to meet productivity expectations. Conduct timely, thorough intake assessments. Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans; complete progress notes in alignment with industry and licensure standards. Provide therapy in accordance with agency policies, best practices, and quality care standards. Maintain detailed and compliant client records; complete encounter forms accurately for billing. Follow termination protocols and document client terminations promptly. Advocate for clients through service coordination and referrals when needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, families, and colleagues. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities. Clinical knowledge of diagnostic principles, treatment planning, and intervention methods. Proficiency with computers and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited mental health or related program (required). Current Pennsylvania licensure as an LCSW, LPC, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent (required). Specialty certification such as Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or Art Therapist (ATR) is a plus. Why Join Us?
