About WeEvolve Network WeEvolve Network is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychological Evaluations, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services to children and families throughout Georgia. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and clinically skilled BCBA to join our assessment team. Position Overview This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexible, assessment-focused work without the responsibilities of ongoing caseload management, RBT supervision, parent training, or daily clinical operations. The BCBA Assessment Specialist will be responsible for conducting parent interviews, reviewing assessment data, developing treatment recommendations, and completing comprehensive ABA assessment reports and reassessments. Responsibilities Conduct parent and caregiver interviews Review clinical records and supporting documentation Analyze assessment data Complete ABA assessments and reassessments Develop treatment recommendations and goals Complete assessment reports and treatment plans within required timelines Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards Collaborate with the Clinical Director as needed What We Provide Assessment materials and templates provided Administrative support throughout the assessment process Flexible scheduling Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Active NPI number Professional liability insurance Experience conducting ABA assessments and treatment planning Strong clinical writing and documentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and AFLS Experience working with pediatric populations diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities Why Join WeEvolve Network?
