In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through data-driven strategies, compassionate patient care, and collaborative teamwork. As a BCBA, you will serve as a key clinical leader, ensuring high-quality services that promote independence, skill development, and improved quality of life for our clients. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent support. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal standards. Participate in intake assessments to determine eligibility for services and develop tailored intervention strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including medical terminology standards and privacy laws related to medical records. Qualifications Valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education practices. Excellent skills in data collection, patient assessment, and progress tracking. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation processes, and HIPAA regulations. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments effectively.
