Behavioral Health Therapist / Clinical Psychologist

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. You will work at 2275 Deming Way. This is a hybrid position. You will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.
Pay:
The pay range listed reflects both titles and is based on a 1.0 FTE. This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus Be part of something remarkable Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to: Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes. Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication. Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate. Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary. If Behavioral Health Therapist:
Education:
Minimum
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field
Work Experience:
Minimum
  • 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Preferred
  • 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
Licenses and Certifications:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months
Required If Clinical Psychologist:
Education:
Minimum
  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.
D.) or Psychology (Psy.

D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum
  • One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience
Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum
