Ambulatory Psychiatry Work Schedule:

100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. You will work at 2275 Deming Way. This is a hybrid position. You will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.

• This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus Be part of something remarkable Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to:
• Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication.
• Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.
• Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary. At UW Health, you will have:

If Behavioral Health Therapist:

Education:

• Minimum
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field

Work Experience:

• Minimum
• 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
• Preferred
• 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults

Licenses and Certifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months
