Pittsford, NY (eastern suburb of Rochester, NY)
Salary:
$105,000-115,000 Our client is seeking a collaborative and clinically strong Psychologist to join their growing practice in a leadership capacity. This role offers the opportunity to help shape clinical excellence within an innovative, multidisciplinary environment focused on whole-person care for individuals living with chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and related health concerns. This position is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys mentoring and developing clinicians, contributing to program growth, and partnering closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver exceptional patient care. In addition to maintaining a clinical caseload, this individual will play a key role in clinical supervision, diagnostic assessment, team collaboration, and helping foster a supportive, growth-oriented culture. Collaboration is at the center of everything they do. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to pre-licensed trainees and junior clinicians Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and psychodiagnostic evaluations Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Support quality clinical outcomes through case consultation, chart review, and clinician development Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture centered on empathy, respect, compassion, and excellence Qualifications PhD or PsyD with active New York State licensure Strong background in evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches, and related therapies Leadership mindset with a passion for mentorship and clinician development Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills Ability to thrive within a growing, mission-driven organization committed to innovation and high-quality care Our client provides the following management services: Furnished offices Professional email and IT support Computer hardware and software Maintenance of professional licensure, liability insurance and insurance contracts Billing, collections and payroll Electronic health record with patient portal Marketing and incoming referrals Administrative support including phones, calendar management, records requests, disability paperwork, and outgoing referrals
