Job Description

NuPath Behavioral Health strives to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of the children, adults and families we serve. We are currently seeking a Clinical Trainee/Behavioral Health Therapist/Counselor to join our growing team. This individual will provide outpatient therapy services and develop/update Diagnostic Assessments. Qualified candidates must hold a Master's Degree in a mental health discipline and are on a clinical licensure track.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop Diagnostic assessments and personalized Treatment Plans Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents or adults in the comfort of their own homes, community or via Telehealth Ability to provide culturally sensitive services Must possess evidence-based clinical skills Must be able to sustain attention to detail Must be able to work independently Must be flexible, reliable and self-motivated Must possess great organizational skills Provide adequate and timely documentation of services Participate in department clinical supervision and other meetings, including a monthly group staff meeting. Receive supportive supervision, as needed Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications:
Ability to pass Background Check Master's degree in a behavioral science-related field and independent licensure in a discipline that meets North Dakota requirements. Must have experience and training related to completing Diagnostic Assessment and conducting evidence-based therapy sessions with clients.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Psychologist (LP) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) Clinical Nurse Specialist in Mental Health (CNS) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) Psychiatrist (MD)
