Job Description

Associates in Family Psychology Is Expanding Our Group! If you are a skilled and caring psychologist or mental health provider, Associates in Family Psychology is a busy, cohesive group that has been practicing with its original owners for over 20 years. We are seeking to add independent consultants to our team. We provide care in a peaceful office setting in Fort Myers, Florida, just minutes from the tranquil beaches of Southwest Florida. While our primary mission is to offer exceptional care to our community, we are also committed to providing a healthy, supportive environment where contracted clinicians can focus on delivering quality care to their clients while being well compensated for their work. We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and ethical practitioners who are licensed in Florida (Ph.D., Psy.

D., LMHC, or LMFT) and want to join a group of supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented clinicians. Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, in-person, and hybrid positions. Qualifications
  • Licensed in Florida as a Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Provide individual, marital, family, and/or group psychotherapy
  • Adhere to all professional ethical guidelines and relevant state laws and regulations
  • Provide patient-centered, compassionate, respectful, confidential, and evidence-based treatment
  • Collaborate with referral sources and other providers to support client care
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Broad-based training to address a wide range of presenting concerns
  • A desire to work in a collaborative and supportive group environment Priority Consideration
