This job involves joining a great group of professional therapists in a private practice group with locations in Athens and in the metro area. This position is in located in our Tucker, Georgia office. We serve adults with a variety presenting concerns. Our Therapists provide care for : a diverse range of couples/ relationships, trauma , depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, divorce recovery, parenting challenges, neurodiversity, life transitions, generational trauma, OCD, faith challenges and more. We are looking for people who will be a part a of our team, and want to be a part of the group. We regularly meet to support each other and root for each others' success. A sense of humor is helpful. Openings for a Part or Full-time LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist in Georgia.

LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT

are welcome as well. Supervision and direction provided. This is a W-2 position with pay based on fees collected. A minimum of 12 months of post-graduate clinical experience is required as well as some specialized training/ clinical skills.

Duties :

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide individualized, quality care/ therapy to clients from our community
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide counseling and support to adult individuals, and/ or couples/ families/ groups
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address behavioral health concerns
• Collaborate with other community providers to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Be a team member in a group of collegial and sometimes quirky professionals
• Attend collaborative meetings to share ideas for growing and expanding skills
• Provide individual, family, couple and/or group therapy sessions each week.

Qualifications Preferred :

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical counseling or therapy post grad
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
• Experience in trauma, couples counseling, or grief or some other specialty work preferred, but a strong interest in these areas is ok as training can be acquired.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy and behavioral therapy
• EMDR, IFS, EFCT, Imago, Gottman training is a plus
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Good taste in treats and a willingness to share
• Must be licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist in Georgia or License eligible, or

LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT

(supervision and direction provided).
