This position offers the opportunity to practice at a high level within a collaborative, psychologist-led environment dedicated to clinical excellence, ethical care, and professional development. The position may be structured as a full assessment role or a hybrid role combining assessment and therapy, depending on the psychologist's interests and expertise. Responsibilities include administration, interpretation, and integration of complex assessment measures, with hybrid flexibility for in-office testing and remote report writing. Licensed psychologists also contribute to our training model through supervision and mentorship of doctoral interns, postdoctoral fellows, and psychometricians.
Qualifications:
Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with current Illinois license Completed PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program Minimum of 2 years of supervised assessment training and experience Proficiency with a range of psychological and neuropsychological assessment instruments Strong diagnostic formulation and integrated report writing skills Knowledge of best practices in psychological and neuropsychological assessment Experience with autism, ADHD and developmental evaluations highly valued Experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals highly valued Strong consultation, mentorship, and collaboration skills Flexible schedule. For psychologists who elect to maintain a therapy caseload, evening or weekend availability (minimum of two evenings per week) is requested to accommodate client schedules.
