Full-Time Licensed Psychologist (Psy.
D. or Ph.D.) Colorado Springs, CO | Hybrid Schedule | Monday-Friday | No Weekends About Whole Kids Co. Whole Kids Co. is a family-centered, whole-child focused pediatric practice providing counseling, autism services, and multidisciplinary support for children and families across Colorado Springs. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Licensed Psychologist (Psy.
D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology) who is passionate about providing high-quality psychological evaluations and diagnostic clarity for children, adolescents, and families. This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting and enjoys combining clinical expertise with compassionate, family-centered care. Schedule Monday-Friday No weekends Hybrid remote flexibility available 28-35 billable hours per week Compensation Options We recognize that different seasons of life call for different levels of flexibility. Whole Kids Co. offers multiple compensation structures designed to support work-life balance and long-term career satisfaction. Salary Option $90,000 - $125,000 annually Hourly / Fee-for-Service Option $55 - $65 per hour Additional Compensation Quarterly bonus opportunities CEU reimbursement Company-paid certifications and licensure renewals Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations Complete diagnostic interviews and clinical intake assessments Develop individualized assessment batteries based on presenting concerns Administer and interpret psychological and neuropsychological testing Complete high-quality written evaluation reports with meaningful recommendations Conduct parent/client feedback sessions with clarity and compassion Diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disorders, and related DSM-5 conditions Administer assessments including ADOS-2 and other standardized tools Collaborate with counseling, ABA, speech, occupational therapy, and support teams Communicate effectively with families, schools, providers, and community partners Qualifications Psy.
