This is a clinical position ideal for recent counseling graduates working toward full licensure as an LPC or LCSW. This role plays a key part in our mission to promote mental wellness and improve the lives of the communities we serve. Duties Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy for clients with diverse mental health needs Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans Supervise QMHP's Maintain up-to-date, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards Support clients in crisis situations, including developing safety plans and making referrals as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, and external service providers Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities Requirements Valid state license as a LMHP.
