This position is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys a blend of psychological testing, individual therapy, and collaborative clinical work within a supportive and steadily growing practice environment.

Responsibilities :

Conduct psychological evaluations and testing for children, adolescents, and adults Provide individual therapy services Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with therapists, interns, leadership, and administrative staff Maintain a minimum of 20 billable hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting compensation at a 65% fee split Opportunity for fee split increase after 6 months based on performance and consistency Psychologists supervising masters or doctoral-level psychology interns are eligible for a 70% split Choice between W2 or 1099 employment models Health insurance available for W2 employees PTO available for W2 employees

Requirements :

Active Michigan LP license required Experience with psychological testing and assessment preferred Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Our practice values authenticity, community impact, culturally responsive care, and accessible mental health services.
