Licensed Psychologist or Therapist Independent Contractor

Sonder Behavioral Health & Wellness is a growing behavioral health group practice with locations in Minnetonka and Medina, Minnesota. We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and medication prescribers. Our team provides services to clients of all ages and backgrounds. This is an independent contractor position with openings at both clinic locations. Why Join Sonder? Primary Responsibilities:

Provide ethical, high-quality care in accordance with the APA Code of Ethics or applicable professional standards Adhere to Sonder's clinical policies and procedures Maintain organized client files and professional documentation Maintain professional liability insurance Respond promptly and efficiently to emails, phone calls, and other communications

Professional Requirements:

Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) or Master's degree in a related field Current, active Minnesota license in good standing Ability to provide care in-person and via telemedicine Strong collaboration skills with a flexible, solution-focused attitude Effective written and verbal communication skills
