Compensation:

$75•90 per individual therapy session, flat-rate (not tied to insurance payouts) About the Role We are seeing increasing demand from patients navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, cancer-related stress, and caregiving challenges. Many of these patients are dealing with both medical uncertainty and emotional distress, and need clinicians who can work comfortably at that intersection. We are looking to expand our clinical team with someone who is interested in this type of work and wants to build a caseload within a boutique, relationship-based practice. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients experiencing health anxiety, adjustment to diagnosis, and ongoing medical uncertainty, as well as caregivers supporting individuals with these challenges Maintain timely and accurate documentation Requirements Florida-licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or LCSW Experience providing therapy services with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices Experience working with patients experiencing health anxiety, adjustment to diagnosis, and ongoing medical uncertainty Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications You'll likely do well here if you: Have an interest in health psychology or behavioral medicine Are comfortable working with overlapping medical and emotional complexity Enjoy a mix of face-to-face and telehealth work Value clinical autonomy Want to build a career in private practice in a lower-risk way Compensation $75•90 per session Flat-rate model, not dependent on insurer reimbursement Caseload builds gradually based on referrals and availability Full control over your caseload size (e.g., 1-20+ clients based on your preference and availability) Benefits Consistent referral stream aligned with our specialty areas Administrative support so you can focus on providing therapy Credentialing support with insurers (optional, based on your preferences) Marketing support including Psychology Today profile, Cape Clarity website profile, Google Ads, and other channels Access to furnished office space in Cape Coral for in-person sessions with an option to see your own private clients in the office (keep 100% of fees) for up to 8 hours/week at no cost Professional headshot for use across therapist profiles and directories Opportunity to grow within a specialized, evolving practice About Cape Clarity Cape Clarity Integrative Psychology is a therapist-owned boutique practice focused on helping individuals navigate the emotional challenges of physical health conditions.
