Our multidisciplinary team provides compassionate, client-centered care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, athletes, veterans, and underserved populations throughout Michigan. We specialize in ADHD assessments, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma, serious mental illness, maternal mental health, sports psychology, and integrated behavioral health services. Position Overview Quantum Mental Health Wellness Center is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in a hybrid role. The psychologist will provide psychological evaluations, diagnostic clarification, evidence-based treatment services, and collaborate with our therapy and psychiatry departments to support comprehensive patient care. This role also includes participation in community outreach, professional networking, referral relationship development, and collaborative business growth initiatives to help expand access to behavioral health services throughout the community. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments Provide ADHD evaluations and diagnostic clarification services Complete clinical documentation and psychological reports in a timely manner Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and multidisciplinary providers Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions when appropriate Conduct telehealth and in-person appointments Participate in integrated care planning and consultation Conduct outreach and professional relationship development to build your caseload Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, schools, hospitals, attorneys, community organizations, and other referral sources Participate in community presentations, networking events, and educational opportunities Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards Preferred Areas of Experience ADHD Assessments Psychological Testing Anxiety Disorders OCD Trauma & PTSD Bipolar Disorder Serious Mental Illness Autism Evaluations Sports Psychology Maternal Mental Health Trauma-Informed Care Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology Active Michigan Licensed Psychologist license Strong assessment and diagnostic skills Experience with psychological testing and report writing preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and professional networking skills Comfortable working within a hybrid telehealth and in-person environment Professional liability insurance required Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible hybrid schedule In-person and telehealth opportunities Administrative and referral support provided EMR and billing support available Competitive percentage split compensation structure Opportunities for referral growth and specialty program development Why Join Quantum?
