- Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part time Licensed Clinical Psychologist (or licensed at the Master's level with adequate training and experience to perform psychological testing) to join our dynamic behavioral health team.
In this vital role, you will provide expert psychological assessment services through both in-person and telehealth. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages navigate mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being. We value flexible schedules and allow our clinicians to choose the hours that they work, including the ability to work from home when able. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, such as the ADI-R, MMPI-3, WAIS-V, ASRS, SRS-2, Conners 4, CAARS-2, and the ABAS-3. Begin and complete two to three psychological tests per week (personality, cognitive, diagnostic, 2nd opinions, etc.). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans that address mental health needs across outpatient, school, or telehealth settings. Submit prior authorization requests to insurance in a timely manner as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist or Master's Level Licensure (with adequate training in performing psychological assessments) with current certification to practice independently. Experience in providing psychological assessments to adults and children. Ability to perform psychoeducational assessments (e.g., dyslexia testing, dysgraphia testing, etc.) is a large plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to perform psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations accurately. Experience supervising clinical staff or trainees is a plus. Telehealth experience is preferred to support remote patient care delivery across various platforms if required. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care across age groups and diverse backgrounds.
