Job Description

Hawaii Sakura Center is a growing private practice in West Oʻahu seeking a Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow (PhD or PsyD) to join our collaborative and supportive team. We specialize in psychological and neurodevelopmental assessment across the lifespan, including ADHD, autism, learning disorders, and diagnostic clarification. We also provide therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This position is flexible based on the fellow's interests and training goals.
We welcome applicants seeking:
primarily assessment experience, a combination of assessment and therapy, or primarily therapy-focused postdoctoral training. Our practice offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a private practice setting while receiving mentorship and supervision within a collaborative, training-oriented environment.
Responsibilities May Include:
Conduct psychological and/or psychoeducational evaluations Administer, score, and interpret assessment measures Write integrated evaluation reports Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults Develop treatment plans and clinical recommendations Participate in case consultation and supervision Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Areas of Clinical Focus May Include:
ADHD Autism Spectrum Disorder Learning Disorders Anxiety and Depression Trauma Adjustment Issues Behavioral Concerns Executive Functioning Challenges Qualifications:
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field Completion of doctoral internship Eligible for postdoctoral supervised practice in Hawaii Strong interpersonal and writing skills Interest in collaborative, ethical, and client-centered care Preferred but
Not Required:
Experience with psychological assessment Experience working with neurodivergent clients Interest in private practice Experience with therapy across the lifespan

Pay:
$52,043.65 - $62,676.22 per year
