Private Practice Therapist, LMHC/LICSW

Central Mass Counseling and Wellness is seeking a Full-time Therapists to join our team in our outpatient practice. Central Mass Counseling and Wellness is looking for 1 full time licensed clinician to handle our overloaded waitlist. We are looking to fill clinicians caseloads with more than 25 available hrs/week with children, adolescents, adults and their families. Make $70-90/hr for 1099 contracted position. Office space, CEU reimbursement, administrative duties included. Other part time options are available for those who struggle to commit to the minimum standard caseloads of other private practices. We handle ALL the upfront administration duties and billing, you just sit back and do what you do best. Finally fill out your schedule and work along side the best in Massachusetts!

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling to assigned patients. Cultivate a therapeutic relationship with patients and family members. Use evidence-based practice to conduct the best possible treatment environment. Assist patients with understanding and changing their behavior, feelings, and thoughts. Abide by all HIPAA practices. Manage individual schedule. Submit timely documentation.
