This is an opportunity for an experienced therapist to build or maintain a flexible caseload, earn additional income through supervision, and be part of a supportive practice without taking on the full burden of marketing and operations alone. This role is best suited for a licensed clinician who values autonomy, works well independently, and is interested in both direct clinical work and helping develop newer therapists. Position Overview Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families Maintain a caseload of approximately 8-20 clients per week , depending on your availability Offer services in person and/or through HIPAA-secure telehealth Provide individual supervision to associate therapists in accordance with California BBS requirements Support associates with clinical decision-making, documentation quality, treatment planning, and risk management Use SimplePractice for scheduling, documentation, and client management Review and sign documentation as needed for supervisees Communicate promptly regarding any safety, legal, ethical, or high-risk concerns Why This Position Stands Out This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful leadership opportunities within a growing practice.

Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, ethical, and clinically appropriate psychotherapy services Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready documentation Provide weekly supervision to assigned associate therapists Ensure supervisees are practicing within scope and meeting documentation and treatment standards Assist with case consultation, especially around complex or high-risk presentations Promote continuity of care and a client-centered standard of practice Maintain all licensure, training, and documentation requirements relevant to clinical supervision Qualifications Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Eligible and qualified to provide supervision under California BBS requirements Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and comfort supporting newer clinicians Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Able to maintain a reliable weekly schedule Available for at least one in-office day per week preferred Compensation and Practice Support 1099 contractor position Compensation based on clinical services provided and supervision responsibilities Competitive per-session or percentage-based pay structure depending on experience, services, and caseload Additional compensation for supervision services Flexible scheduling Referral and marketing support to help build or maintain your caseload SimplePractice access available Office space available at 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Roseville, CA and our Fair Oaks location Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a developing group practice Ideal Fit This position is a good fit for a licensed clinician who wants: A flexible, part-time role Income from both therapy and supervision A steady referral stream without building everything alone A collaborative but independent practice environment The opportunity to mentor associates and help shape a growing practice
