This role involves providing comprehensive psychological services, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across various settings including inpatient, outpatient, school, and telehealth environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in child and family counseling, crisis intervention, and a broad range of mental health modalities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, with a focus on behavioral health, diagnostic evaluation, psychotherapy, and patient assessment. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychological testing to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, trauma-informed care (PTSD), addiction counseling, and behavioral health interventions. Offer specialized counseling for child & family therapy, working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), disabilities, or developmental challenges. Manage crisis intervention efforts for patients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies. Supervise clinical staff including licensed therapists and interns to ensure compliance with licensing standards and best practices. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in inpatient, outpatient, hospital, school-based, or telehealth settings to coordinate patient care. Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance clinical outcomes. Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs across diverse populations such as geriatrics, pediatrics, social work clients, and patients with PTSD or substance use disorders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to mental health services and documentation standards. Experience Licensed as a Psychologist (LP) or qualified as a Supervising Professional (QSP) with current licensure in the state of practice. Demonstrated experience in child & family counseling, crisis intervention, hospital or inpatient settings preferred. Proven background working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), disabilities, or special needs populations. Experience delivering telehealth services utilizing HIPAA-compliant platforms is highly desirable. Prior supervisory experience overseeing clinical teams or interns is advantageous. Familiarity with psychological testing tools and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Strong knowledge of behavioral health modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy techniques, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and social work practices. Experience working across multiple settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools, or community agencies is preferred.
