Job Description
Rehabilitation Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow (Pre-licensed PhD or PsyD) Delaware NeuroRehab Group — Hybrid (Delaware-based) Delaware NeuroRehab is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow for a one- to two-year supervised residency. This position is ideal for a clinician seeking to accrue hours for licensure while gaining intensive experience in an outpatient neurorehabilitation setting. The fellow will split their time between neuropsychological assessment and clinical health psychology interventions. At Delaware NeuroRehab, we specialize in supporting individuals recovering from mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), stroke, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, chronic migraine, and other complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
Assessment:
Conduct neuropsychological screenings and full batteries, including clinical intake, administration, scoring, and report drafting.Therapy:
Provide individual psychotherapy focusing on adjustment to injury, pain management, and cognitive rehabilitation strategies.Team Collaboration:
Participate in case consultations with internal and external providers (PT, OT, and medical) to coordinate patient care.Documentation:
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation compliant with insurance standards and state regulations.Qualifications:
Education:
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.Internship:
Completion of an APA-accredited internship.Interest:
A primary professional interest in Neuropsychology and/or Rehabilitation Psychology.Licensure Track:
Eligible for a psychology resident permit/registration in the state of Delaware. Benefits & Supervision Direct supervision provided by a PhD level Licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist (Director of Behavioral Health). Hours meet Delaware state requirements for postdoctoral supervised experience. Competitive stipend and professional liability coverage.Compensation and Benefits:
