Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist - Telehealth Job Type Contract A full-time school psychologist is needed to provide comprehensive psychological services for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in Greenwich, CT. This contract position offers an opportunity to support students' educational and emotional needs through both onsite and telehealth assessments and interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' learning and behavioral needs Collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Providing direct support and consultation services three days per week onsite in the school setting Completing evaluations and reports remotely two days per week Utilizing telehealth methodologies to reach students as needed and ensure continuity of care Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education and student psychological services Desired qualifications and experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience conducting psychological assessments and functional behavior evaluations Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and school staff Comfort with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery Excellent organization and time-management skills to balance onsite and remote caseload Scheduled hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a caseload divided between three days onsite and two days dedicated to evaluation work remotely. Immediate availability is preferred to begin as soon as possible through June 22, 2026.
