Job Description

Remote School Psychologist | Connecticut 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a skilled professional to provide telehealth school psychological services. This role focuses on supporting students' mental health and educational development through remote assessments, consultations, and interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student needs and support educational planning. Delivering telehealth services such as counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention. Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Monitoring student progress and adjusting support strategies accordingly. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, policies, and best practices in school psychology. Maintaining accurate and confidential records of assessments and interventions.
Qualifications and desired experience:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Certification or licensure to practice as a School Psychologist in the relevant state. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of educational and psychological regulations and standards. Ability to work independently and manage caseloads during the contract period.

This position is based in Bridgeport, CT, with services provided remotely via telehealth.
