Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on providing psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation through virtual platforms to support student mental health and academic success.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments via telehealth. Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families. Providing virtual counseling and crisis intervention services to students. Consulting with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote effective behavioral and academic strategies. Documenting assessments and interventions in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist in the state of Ohio. Proven experience delivering telehealth psychological services in educational settings. Strong understanding of educational laws, special education processes, and mental health interventions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students and families remotely.
