School Psych | Carlisle, Pennsylvania 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Carlisle, PA 17013 • Hybrid work Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school psychologist opportunity is available in Carlisle, PA, serving both secondary and elementary school settings on a contract basis through the end of the school year. This role emphasizes providing comprehensive special education evaluations and re-evaluations, along with manifestation determination reviews at the secondary level, within a supportive and structured school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct special education evaluations and re-evaluations primarily at the high school level. Participate in manifestation determination reviews for secondary students. Attend meetings related to student evaluations, ensuring data-driven recommendations. Maintain compliance with testing protocols using provided technology and resources. Collaborate closely with school staff to support educational and emotional development of students.Qualifications & Experience:
Certified School Psychologist credential required. Previous experience in school psychology is preferred for optimal success. Ability to conduct evaluations reliably in an in-person setting is the main priority. Open to hybrid work schedule, with one day per week offered virtually. Flexibility in secondary and elementary hours, with secondary hours running 7:20 AM - 2:50 PM and elementary hours from 8:35 AM - 4:05 PM.Location Details:
Secondary work will take place at Central Dauphin High School. Elementary duties will be split between two school buildings in the district. Interview availability is primarily mornings between 8:30 and 10:00 AM. This assignment offers full support with laptops and testing materials provided to ensure efficient workflow. Immediate start dates are available, and there are two to three openings for candidates eager to contribute to student success.
