Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting students and school communities by utilizing your expertise as a licensed School Psychologist. This contract position provides an exciting opportunity to work within a large, well-established department known for impact and collaboration. Travel professionals are encouraged to apply, and the team offers flexibility for candidates who are able to work a 4/1 hybrid schedule.
Key Qualifications:
Valid and current School Psychologist credential required (educator licensure, no counselors) Experience providing psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, and intervention services in a school setting preferred Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team of over 100 professionals Dedication to supporting diverse student populations and addressing a full spectrum of learning and behavioral needs Excellent communication, organization, and case management skills Ability to work onsite (required), with possible consideration for a 4/1 hybrid schedule
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' psychological, academic, and behavioral strengths and challenges Develop and implement individual and group interventions, including crisis management when needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families in developing IEPs and support plans Provide consultation and resources for educators and staff on behavioral and academic concerns Maintain timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, and compliance with applicable regulations
