Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A bilingual school psychologist is sought for the 2026-2027 academic year to support K-12 students. This position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours and involves working primarily in-person, with opportunities to work from home for report writing and paperwork completion. The role includes conducting assessments, evaluations, and participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings. Typically, you will manage a caseload of students across 1-2 campuses, with additional district-wide support, or potentially work with the early childhood team as a bilingual contractor. This position does not require providing counseling or administering cognitive or achievement testing but focuses on psychological evaluations to support student success.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and complete evaluations for K-12 students Participate actively in ARD meetings Collaborate with school staff and district teams, including early childhood programs Manage a caseload averaging 8-12 evaluations per month Maintain thorough documentation with an option to work from home for report writing and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency to effectively serve diverse student populations Credentials and experience as a licensed school psychologist Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families Ability to manage time effectively between in-person and remote work Experience working within a K-12 educational setting preferred
