Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year, with work starting August 10, 2026, and ending May 21, 2027. This role offers flexibility with in-person or hybrid work arrangements and a schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, based on candidate preference. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 40-50 students ranging from pre-kindergarten through transition age. The focus will be on conducting evaluations, testing, providing psychological services, and participating in meetings. The diverse caseload involves supporting students with a variety of disabilities, including Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), Other Health Impairments (OHI), Serious Emotional Disabilities (SED), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Developmental Disabilities (DD). This position operates at two school district sites, situated in Ridgway, CO, specifically Norwood and West End districts. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid certification and licensure as a School Psychologist Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing Ability to develop and implement individualized support plans Familiarity with a range of disabilities including SLD, OHI, SED, ASD, and DD Strong communication skills and collaborative approach for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams This contract role offers the chance to contribute to student success in a supported educational environment.
