Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract School Psychologist - Elementary School About the Opportunity Soliant Education is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a full-time contract opportunity serving elementary-aged students in the greater Bennington, Nebraska area. This position will support two elementary campuses during the 2026-2027 school year and offers a collaborative environment with strong district support. The district is looking for a professional who is comfortable managing evaluations, behavioral supports, and consultation services within a school-based setting. This role is primarily onsite, though the district is open to a hybrid structure for report writing and paperwork completion from home. Student-facing responsibilities, meetings, and assessments will remain in person. Candidates with strong assessment experience and familiarity with SST processes are encouraged to apply.

Elementary School Campuses Hybrid Flexibility:
Paperwork From Home Approved Caseload Information The selected School Psychologist will support two elementary campuses with student populations of approximately 350 and 410 students. Responsibilities will primarily focus on psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral assessments, and collaboration with school teams regarding student supports and intervention planning. The district currently utilizes Q-Interactive for testing and assessment administration. Experience with digital testing platforms is preferred. Responsibilities Conduct cognitive, academic, and behavioral evaluations for students referred for special education services. Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and assist with intervention planning when appropriate. Participate in SST meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers to support student success. Additional duties include preparing evaluation reports, maintaining compliant documentation, reviewing student data, and communicating findings with school teams and families. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing timelines across multiple campuses. Requirements Active Nebraska School Psychologist license or certification required. Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred, particularly within elementary settings. Candidates should have experience conducting psychoeducational testing and interpreting assessment data. Familiarity with SST processes, behavioral evaluations, and Q-Interactive testing platforms is highly valued. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams are essential for this role.
