Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school psychologist position is available in Harrisburg, PA, offering a hybrid work schedule and an engaging high school caseload. This role provides the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to student success by supporting and evaluating their educational and emotional needs within a structured MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) program.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial psychological evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students' learning and mental health needs. Collaborate with educators and staff to implement and monitor interventions under the MTSS framework. Support students through counseling, crisis intervention, and development of individualized education plans. Communicate findings effectively to parents, teachers, and administrative staff. Maintain accurate and confidential records according to state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a School Psychologist. Experience working with adolescent populations in a high school setting preferred. Familiarity with MTSS programs and psychological assessment tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with school teams. Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
