Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A bilingual School Psychologist is needed for the 2026-2027 academic year, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Serving K-12 students, this contract role involves participation in student assessments, evaluations, and ARDs, supporting both early childhood and campus-level needs.

Plano, TX Term:
August 2026 - May 2027
Hours:
Flexible part-time or full-time options
Caseload:
K-12 students, typically conducting 8-12 evaluations per month
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations as part of eligibility determination Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to discuss student needs and services Support early childhood or campus-level teams based on district needs Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop appropriate educational interventions Complete detailed reports and documentation, with the option to work from home for paperwork tasks
Qualifications:
Licensed or certified as a School Psychologist Bilingual skills required to effectively communicate with diverse student populations Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment Strong knowledge of educational assessments and special education processes Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
