Job Description
Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract A School Psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year at a school located in Shelton, WA. This contract role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining on-site and remote responsibilities for a balanced and flexible work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments on-site to evaluate student needs. Prepare detailed reports based on assessment findings, with the flexibility to complete these remotely. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, potentially conducted remotely, to collaborate with educators and families in developing effective student support plans. Provide ongoing consultation and support to staff and parents regarding student behavior and learning strategies.Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments in school settings. Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Location:
