School Psychologist - Warren, MI ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Warren, MI Job Details Contract Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Practicing as a school psychologist Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist for the 2026/2027 academic year. Two positions are available—one supporting middle/high school students, and one working with elementary students. Both roles offer the flexibility of onsite or hybrid work models and feature a steady 37.5-hour work week. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference in guiding students' social, emotional, and educational success while collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Whether you bring years of experience or are launching your school-based career, your skills and compassion are welcomed.
What you bring:
Master's or Doctorate degree in School Psychology Michigan state license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for licensure) Background working in school settings is ideal, but not mandatory Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving abilities Dedication to fostering positive student outcomes What you'll do: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform individualized education plans Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral success Lead and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop and review student support strategies Assist in crisis intervention and student advocacy within the school community Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and comply with all professional and ethical standards Why consider this assignment?
