Job Description
Supervising Psychologist
Because much of our work involves children and families, clinicians must maintain availability during after-school hours at our Pelham, NY office.
Part-time schedule requirements Minimum 2-3 weekly 3:30-6:30pm blocksin person Minimum1 early morning (8:00-9:30am) or evening (6:30-8:00pm) block Full-time schedule requirements Minimum 3-4 weekly 3:30-6:30pm blocks in person Minimum 1 early morning (8:00-9:30am) or evening (6:30-8:00pm) block Clinical supervision typically occurs before 3:00pm and may be conducted virtually or in person.
Full-time clinicians maintain approximately 24 clinical sessions per week , and part-time clinicians approximately 12 sessions per week , alongside supervisory and team responsibilities. Professional Growth We view this role as the beginning of a leadership path within the practice. As the practice grows, supervisors have opportunities to co-create areas of professional development that align with their interests while also supporting the evolving needs of the practice.
These opportunities may include expanded supervision responsibilities, development of clinical training initiatives, and leadership roles within emerging specialty programs.
