Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting contract opportunities are available for passionate School Psychologists for the upcoming school year near Providence, RI. These positions offer the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, and a dynamic caseload tailored to current needs within the district. The start and end dates align with the academic calendar, beginning in late August 2026 and concluding in mid-June 2027. All roles require in-person support and adherence to state credentialing standards. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in school psychology, readiness to collaborate in educational environments, and a dedication to supporting student success. Engage with a diverse student body and interact closely with educators and families to foster a positive impact throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
Active School Psychologist licensure meeting all state requirements Experience within educational settings preferred Proficient in conducting assessments and interpreting results Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to working on-site (no remote options available) Capability to adapt to various caseload sizes and needs
Responsibilities:
Administer psychological assessments and interpret findings Participate as an integral member of multidisciplinary teams Develop, implement, and monitor interventions for students Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs Support crisis intervention and response efforts when necessary Maintain accurate records and comply with all legal/school guidelines Adjust workload as needed depending on caseload variations
