POSITION SUMMARY
Work with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists on an NIH-funded project using intensive longitudinal data to examine return to substance use following residential substance use treatment. Under the general supervision of the Principal Investigator, assist in the acquisition and management of participant information for this research project. Administer and adhere to the research protocol, including recruitment of participants from treatment setting, participant interviews, preparing and maintaining study records, and entering study data. Opportunities to participate in manuscripts development and conference presentations will be available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct recruitment of research participants. Screen potential participants for study eligibility. Conduct structured diagnostic interviews. Administer computerized self-report questionnaires. Train participants to complete mobile app surveys. Monitor compliance of mobile app surveys. Utilize tactics to enhance compliance and retention. Administer qualitative interviews to research participants. Enter data and maintain databases. Support day-to-day clerical operations in support of research. Support manuscript preparation.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform additional duties as required.
LICENSES, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT
Personal computers, printers; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher); SPSS; Endnote; social media; relevant laboratory equipment. Must have own transportation.
