K-5 Grades 6 - 8 School Psych - Aberdeen, South Dakota

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed School Psychologist is needed to support students across multiple grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, in a school setting located in Aberdeen, SD. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and assist with eligibility for special education services Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and support services addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as required to achieve positive educational outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making

Qualifications:

Valid South Dakota license as a School Psychologist is required Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field Flexibility in managing caseload across multiple grade bands: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 Experience working in South Dakota schools is highly desirable Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to teamwork Open to considering interns who meet licensing requirements
