Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a positive impact on K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic, full-time, full school year contract opportunity near Crowley, TX. Use your clinical skills in an itinerant role, supporting students' success across multiple school sites. This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with educators, serve diverse student needs, and help shape communication skills that will support lifelong learning.
Key Qualifications:
Completed Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Eligible or currently licensed as an SLP in Texas Demonstrated experience working in school-based settings Ability to work effectively in an itinerant capacity across different campuses Open to supporting clinical fellows (CFs) Passion for working with children and school teams Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports for students with communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans in partnership with IEP team members Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with a wide range of speech-language needs Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports as required by school and state standards Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes Provide professional guidance and mentorship to CFs (if applicable) In this contract role, you'll experience continuous support and professional networking in a welcoming and cooperative school environment.
