Disability Evaluations Location:
Fort Worth, TX Schedule:
2 Days per Week | On-Site The IMA Group is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide disability and behavioral health evaluations for U.S. Veterans through our QTC program. This position is assessment-focused and does not involve psychotherapy, medication management, treatment planning, or ongoing patient care. This opportunity is ideal for psychologists seeking a consistent part-time schedule while utilizing their assessment and diagnostic skills in a structured clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological disability evaluations for Veteran claimants Perform Mental Status Examinations (MSEs) and other clinically appropriate assessments Review relevant medical and behavioral health documentation Complete objective, timely, and well-supported evaluation reports using an electronic documentation platform Maintain compliance with program guidelines and quality standards Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology Active, unrestricted Texas Psychologist license Experience conducting psychological assessments preferred Strong clinical writing and documentation skills Additional Opportunities Psychologists interested in expanding beyond the QTC schedule may have opportunities to perform Texas Disability Determination Services (DDS) evaluations. Providers interested in working with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PA DOC) program must hold active PSYPACT authorization.
