Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide essential support within an educational setting in Guy, TX. This contract position offers a chance to contribute directly to student development by assessing, counseling, and collaborating with educators and families to promote a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs. Develop and implement intervention plans to support academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create effective strategies for student success. Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed. Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working within K-12 educational environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel. Familiarity with various assessment tools and intervention techniques. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
