Deliver impactful psychotherapy services that enhance patient well-being and transform lives Be part of a mission-driven team that puts community healthcare at the forefront Enjoy a collaborative work environment filled with supportive, multidisciplinary team members Access abundant growth opportunities, including mentorship and personal development programs Contribute to meaningful change within the healthcare ecosystem, impacting countless lives Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing for both children and adults Offer therapy sessions specializing in Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Participate in multidisciplinary team conferences with psychiatrists, psychotherapists, social workers, and case managers Collaborate closely with our on-site charter school to promote student mental health and well-being Assess client needs, abilities, and behaviors through psychometric tests, interviews, and direct observation Develop and monitor treatment programs, offering counseling and advice in collaboration with colleagues Provide therapy for mental health issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, and interpersonal challenges Develop and evaluate service provisions for clients, ensuring quality and efficacy Engage in the Performance Improvement Program to enhance service delivery Exhibit professional behavior, respect the dignity of patients and colleagues, and promote effective working relationships Minimum Qualifications A doctoral degree is required as a psychologist. Must hold current licensure and uphold the Code of Ethics of their professional licensing entity. Must complete the minimum hours of continuing education to maintain a professional license and maintain good standing with the professional licensing board. Must demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity to all populations served. Must communicate effectively with staff, community, and the general public. Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions. Must pass a criminal background check. Bilingual ability with English and Spanish is preferred. Frequently required to sit; occasionally stand and walk. Frequently required to communicate expressively & receptively. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Use of personal vehicle to travel to meetings and home visits.
